Dates: 9-11 July, 2026
Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (University of Ottawa)

DINGUE is a geochemistry workshop held in Europe that brings together over 70 experts in noble gas geochemistry.

This is the first time that DINGUE will be hosted in North America. The host city of Ottawa is only a short drive, train ride, or flight from Montreal, where Goldschmidt 2026 begins on July 12th, making it easy for participants to attend both events.

The scientific program for DINGUE IX will include both oral and poster presentations, a welcome reception, a conference dinner, and the potential to tour the André E. Lalonde National Facility for AMS (AEL-AMS) at the University of Ottawa. A call for abstracts will be sent out in January 2026, and meeting registration is expected to open in March 2026.

DINGUE IX is seeking sponsors to support the event, including funding travel costs for students attending the meeting. If your company is interested in learning more, please email Joanna Northover ( jnorthov@uottawa.ca ) to request a sponsorship information package, or see the “For Sponsors” section of the conference website.

We look forward to welcoming you all to Ottawa in 2026!

Sincerely,

The DINGUE IX organizing committee
Oliver Warr, Len Wassenaar, Joanna Northover (AEL-AMS, uOttawa)
Daniele Pinti (Geotop, Université du Québec à Montréal)
Alan Seltzer (University College, Dublin)
Tao Wen (Syracuse University)
